This is a custom exhibit that includes a pre-operative and post-operative film interpretations and steps from both the anterior and posterior surgeries.rnrnThe board is divided into halves. The top half includes the sagittal view pre-operative interpretation with disk disruption at L2-3, L3-4, and L4-5, the pre-operative film as an inset, and two steps of the anterior surgery including the removal of disk material from L2 to L5 and the placing of spacers into L2-3, L3-4, and L4-5.rnrnThe bottom half includes two steps from the posterior surgery, the decortication of the transverse processes off L2 to L5 and the insertion of bilateral rod hardware, and a lateral view post-operative film interpretation illustrating all of the anterior and posterior hardware in place with the actual post-operative film as an inset.
