This is exhibit that includes a surgical step inset and the resulting condition in a larger image. The inset shows the insertion of a trochar into the abdomen and accidentally piercing the intestines. The larger image shows a zoomed in view of the liver and gallbladder with a stent within the bile duct and only one cystic duct clip, and a cystic duct endoloop next to a tear and leak from the cystic duct.
