Right Foot Ischemia with Surgical Thrombectomy and Arterial Bypass Grafting - Medical Illustration, Human Anatomy Drawing
This stock medical exhibit shows post operative popliteal clotting with the upper leg a normal and pink color while the lower leg and foot are shown pale and grey representing the severe ischemia. Also, multiple steps of the arterial bypass and grafting procedure are shown. Images will include the open exposure and opening of the distal popliteal artery, the insertion of catheters into the artery and advancement down to the areas of thrombosis, the injection of medication to relieve the spasms and clear the clots. Lastly, we show the harvest and placement of the saphenous vein for a bypass from the distal femoral artery down to the tibial artery to bypass the popliteal artery.

"Your firm is great to work with and, most importantly for me, you get the
job done on time and with the utmost professionalism. You should be proud of

idiosycratic compulsion to edit, but I've not found a bad apple in the bunch
(and, as you know, I've used your firm a bunch!).
I look forward to our continued professional relationship."
