Left Bimalleolar Fractures with Surgical Fixation - Medical Illustration, Human Anatomy Drawing

This exhibit depicts disruption of syndesmosis, fractures of the medial malleolus and shaft of the fibula. A surgical fixation procedure is illustrated using two parallel screws for fixation of the medial malleolus and a fibular plate and multiple screws for fixation of the fibular fracture.
