This stock medical exhibit begins with one image representing an epidural steroid injection. This cross sectional view of the anatomy clearly shows a needle in place injecting a steroid solution into the epidural space. Next, one image is included to illustrate a medical branch block injection. This image is a cross sectional view showing a needle injecting anesthesia directly around the medial branch of the exiting nerve root. Finally, three images are included illustrating the placement of the dorsal column electronic stimulator. These images include the placement of stimulator leads, the tunneling of leads under the skin and the placement of a stimulator generator through a separate incision.
